Your Happiness Serves the World
It was never you that was not enough…
To admit that the love of a parent, the provision of a caretaker or the nourishment and holding of an environment was not enough would have been devastating for a tiny, developing nervous system to process…
The running mythic narrative of “not enough” in the background of the psyche is a reaction to a lack of love and care in our lives that became an identity.
You were always, always, ALWAYS enough.

The only regret I have is that I did not know my worth when it really counted. No one ever told me I was valuable, so I had to learn that sometimes you have to lose everything, including yourself, to realize nothing you have matters, if you don’t. If you lose yourself, you have already lost everything.
So in case no one ever told you: you are worthy, you are valuable, you are everything. You belong on a pedestal.
You always did. Now go get your crown.
