In the biological sciences, there is a vitalism coming in that goes much further toward positing a common universal consciousness of which our brain is simply an organ.

Eternity has nothing to do with time. Eternity is that dimension of here and now which thinking and time cuts out… And the experience of eternity right here and now is the function of life.

Whatever your fate is, whatever the hell happens, you say, ‘This is what I need.’ It may look like a wreck, but go at it as though it were an opportunity, a challenge. If you bring love to that moment — not discouragement — you will find the strength is there…

Then, when looking back at your life, you will see that the moments which seemed to be great failures followed by wreckage were the incidents that shaped the life you have now…Nothing can happen to you that is not positive.

I dreamt I was attending my own funeral, on foot, walking among a group of friends dressed in solemn mourning, but in a festive spirit. We all looked happy to be together.
