Soul, Lost and Found
The first figure we usually meet in the confrontation with the unconscious is the personal shadow.
Since she (or he) mainly consists of what we have rejected in ourselves, she is usually quite as uncongenial to us as the woman’s traveling companion was to her.
If we are hostile to the unconscious, however, it will become more and more
unbearable, but if we are friendly — realizing its right to be as it is — the unconscious will change in a remarkable way.

Transforming negative beliefs and emotional energy through soul retrieval is a powerful journey of healing and rebirth. Imagine a circle of support, under the starlit sky, where healing is not just individual but communal. 🌙Shamans, as ‘ones who see in the dark,’ guide this process, reclaiming lost vitality and bringing back the light of life.
Soul loss, a survival mechanism, occurs when we experience trauma. It’s the psyche’s way of protecting itself, but often, these lost soul parts don’t return on their own. Symptoms include dissociation, chronic depression, and addictions, all signs of a fragmented self.
