Solitude And Self
I have frequently seen people become neurotic when they content themselves with inadequate or wrong answers to the questions of
Life.
They seek position, marriage, reputation, outward success or money, and remain unhappy and neurotic even when they have attained what they were seeking.
Such people are usually confined within too narrow a spiritual horizon. Their life has not sufficient content, sufficient meaning.
If they are enabled to develop into more spacious personalities, the neurosis generally disappears.

The way out is in.
Many of us have been running all our lives. We have the feeling that we need to run — into the future, away from the past, out from wherever we are. In truth, we don’t need to go anywhere. We just need to sit down and look deeply to discover that the whole cosmos is right here within us. Our body is a wonder containing all kinds of information. To understand ourselves is to understand the whole cosmos.
