One can see the pain of the Ukrainians and it breaks the heart, but at the same time it gives me deep sadness the hatred that this logically is generating.
Ukraine has to defend itself, Russia must stop that ruthless attack, but I just wish that the chain of hate is not generated that can only produce a escalation of violence.
The Dalai Lama expressed it clearly, first in a post I shared, he was holding a “no to war” shirt but in another publication I read that he prayed for both sides so that everything can be resolved soon.
And one thinks of invoking Sophia, the aspect of the wisdom of divinity.
