I write about travel from a psychospiritual and “culture-surprise” angle, and those stories usually do ok. My top winner by far is fiction, which is not on your list. I write about other subjects, like writing as a painter (because that’s what I do), relationship, love, state of the world — anything else that interests me. But maybe what you write best and are most inspired by is what will get the most traction. Just a guess.
