I remember my first introduction to the Dalai Lama was watching a remarkable video where he was giving a talk about compassion, and as he was speaking about the suffering of all beings, he suddenly began to weep. Then he wiped his eyes and continued as if it were only natural to cry at the reminder of the suffering of beings.

I was amazed and deeply moved, and thought I better look more deeply into this exceptional message of Tibetan Buddhism.
