Anger. As a woman you can be outraged but not really angry.

Then I found Orgasmic Meditation. I could not clench my teeth strong enough. I could not keep it all clamped in. It was coming out. I yelled, I lost my temper, I let people know how I felt. Sometimes it was just so inappropriate and I had to make my round of apologies. Sometimes I would yell about what was going on and everyone was so happy. “This is so clarifying. Thank you,” they would say.

The anger was power in my body just waiting to be used. It was a hard one to go through. I kept hoping that I could avoid the anger. Kept hoping that I could move around it. I chose to go into it. To face the anger. Now it is a place of power. It has transformed into a creative energy that helps me move my life.
