Inspired by positive images of aging, we heal the shame that accompanies our bodies, natural processes, and aging. We refuse to spend our precious life energy hiding our bodies, disguising the signs of aging, and keeping the realities of our lives a secret. Rather, we celebrate the accumulation of our years and wisdom, and the changes in our bodies and lives. We choose relationships with women and men who have the depth and the courage to embrace all of who we are now and will become in the next decades of our lives.
